Welcome to Body Evolution, Louisville’s premier personal training and fitness boot camp Company in Louisville KY. We specialize in weight loss, muscle toning, conditioning and strength, speed/agility training for athletes in the off-season.
Our boot camp instructors are degreed and/or hold nationally recognized certifications in personal training. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is. If you have the desire to be better tomorrow than you are today, then Body Evolution Bootcamps will set you on your way.
Body Evolution is not a military style booot camp. At body evolution we strive to improve mind and body. There will be no screaming, but there will be inspirational motivation ensuring one's success. When you complete our boot camp, you will be stronger, INSIDE and OUT.
Body Evolution provides corporate wellness packages, boot camp training, semi-private training as well as sports performance training.
